How Does Greenerz Design and Construct Your Swimming Pool?
So, what is the process for building a new swimming pool in Los Angeles with Greenerz? Well, after we survey your home and hear all about all your hopes and requirements for your new pool, we will calculate the work and materials required, based on the size of your yard, how big a pool you want, your budget, your preferred type of pool and so on. We will work hard to come up with an accurate estimate, because we know that making sure you can cover the costs can be a source of stress, and at Greenerz, we always want to be as up front about pricing as possible. - First Steps
Once we’ve agreed on what you want us to do and how we’re going to do it, planning the layout and excavating the site begins. Our next step will be to build a tough, pool shell, a reinforced foundation that will keep your pool solid, sturdy and strong year after year.
- Plumbing
Once we have the shell in place, the next step is to add the plumbing and electrical wiring, if necessary. As a green construction company, we like to use larger pipes for greater energy-efficiency. Once the pipes and any wiring are in place, we cover it with a concrete substance called gunite. Once the gunite dries, your pool is almost done. We will put in any necessary tile and pool decking, and then add the filtration and cleaning equipment you will need to maintain your pool.
- Finishing Up
Finally, we apply a waterproof finish of the color of your choice to suit your desired decorative look for the pool. We can put in any other desired features at this time. Once the pool is filled with water, you’re ready to enjoy it!
